Before starting my fitness journey, I was frustrated with my body composition and struggled with gaining weight. My clothes no longer fit, and I wasn’t feeling like myself. I knew I needed to make a change. What started as a desire to lose weight quickly evolved into a commitment to overall health and fitness. I shifted my focus from the number on the scale to fat loss and muscle gain, with the goal of taking care of my body to prevent future health issues.
As a mom, I’m also motivated to be a positive role model for my daughter, showing her the importance of healthy habits. That’s why I’m so passionate about supporting women like you to not only transform your body but to feel empowered in your journey.
